At Ten Kicks, our mission is to provide a space where people of all backgrounds and goals can learn MMA in a supportive, ego-free environment. Whether you’re here to compete, relieve stress, build confidence, or just move your body in a new way, Ten Kicks is what you make it—a place to train once a week or every day, take one class or three, and maybe even join us on our annual Thailand trip.

This is a labor of love—a school born from the desire to break the stigma around MMA, honor the cost of training, and build a mixed-discipline community rooted in skill, sweat, and belonging.
