IS IT POSSIBLE TO FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Absolutely! You can pause your membership at no additional cost, in increments of one to three months, once per calendar year. Simply shoot us an email at info@tenkicks.com, letting us know the duration you’d like to freeze.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel your membership, drop us an email at info@tenkicks.com at least 30 days before your intended cancellation date.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM AGE TO JOIN?
Our kid’s program is designed for 7-14 however we do welcome 14-year-olds in all classes. For the safety of minors, we ask that parents are present in the facility while their child is working out.
DO YOU DO SPARRING?
Our sparring sessions operate in an invite-only, controlled setting for the safety of all participants. If you’re keen to join, have a chat with one of our trainers.
I’M FROM ANOTHER GYM AND WOULD LIKE TO SPAR.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND IS THERE PARKING?
We are conveniently located between 99 and I-5 in the Haller Lake neighborhood between Bitter Lake and Northgate, roughly 11 minutes from Ballard and 16 minutes from Edmonds. We have free designated parking spaces along with ample free street parking.
WHAT AMENITIES DOES YOUR MMA GYM HAVE?
- Our gym offers a comprehensive range of amenities as part of your membership including:
- An octagon with an array of focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields open for use.
- Hundreds of sqft. of mat space with a grappling dummy.
- Different types of heavy bags for kicking, kneeing, teeping, upper cutting, speed.
- Weightlifting area with free weights, squat racks, elliptical machine, treadmill, rower, and air bikes.
- Turf area with tires, sled, sledgehammer, battle ropes, and kettlebells.
- Shower, portable sauna, drinking fountain, restrooms, and changing areas.
- Cleaning wipes, a glove drying station, and glove spray.
- Complimentary glove and shinguard rental for free week trial participants
I FORGOT SOMETHING AT THE GYM, WHO DO I TALK TO?
If you’ve left something behind, check our lost and found within one week. Contact an instructor to claim your item. The first left-behind item is a freebie; subsequent items require a cleaning chore fee.
ANY OTHER THINGS I SHOULD KNOW?
We operate as a shoeless gym, prioritizing cleanliness for everyone’s safety. Please use the cleaning supplies provided to tidy up after yourself. We don’t charge a cleaning/maintenance fee; instead, we rely on our members to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
